Chicken and Corn Noodles

From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living and their lunchbox special. Cooking time is pouring the hot water on the chicken mixture.
Ingredients:
100 g cooked chicken breasts (lean and shredded)
130 g frozen mixed vegetables (chopped 1 cup)
150 g ramen noodles (or udon noodles, obento specified)
1 teaspoon taco seasoning (salt-reduced they specified powder)
Directions:
1. DO AT HOME - pack the chicken, begetables and noodles in a medium glass heatproof container with a lid and put the taco powder in a separte small container.
2. DO AT WORK - pour enough boiling water over the chicken mixture to cover and set aside for 4 minutes and then drain MOST of the water away and add the taco powder and stir to combine.
