A new trend in salads. Adding fruit adds not only nutritional value, but adds a ton of flavor! This salad is definitely worth trying. Ingredients:
4 cups each baby spinach leaves and mixed salad greens |
2 cups sliced strawberries |
1 can (15 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained |
8 oz sugar snap peas, halved |
1 pkg. (6oz) louis rich oven roasted chicken breast cuts (i assume you can make your own chicken, too) |
1/2 cup planters pecan halves, toasted |
1/2 cup kraft ligh done right! raspberry vinaigrette reduced fat dressing. |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients in large bowl, 2. Spoon onto 4 serving plates 3. Chill and serve |
