Chicken, broccoli, snap peas, and cashews in a stir-fry Ingredients:
24 ounces skinless chicken breasts |
4 cups broccoli |
2 cups fat-free chicken broth |
12 ounces sugar snap peas |
6 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce |
4 medium green onions |
8 cups brown rice |
1/2 cup cashews |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in fat free sprayed skillet. 2. Add broccoli chicken broth. 3. Add snap peas, onions, soy sauce. 4. Serve over brown rice. 5. Garnish with cashew pieces. |
