Chicken and Broccoli Spaghetti |

A quick, hot main dish or a cold summer salad...you decide. Either way its on the table in 15 minutes! Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets, thawed |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 cups cooked chicken, diced |
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
8 ounces thin spaghetti |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. 2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet. 3. Add broccoli and garlic; cook. 4. 4 minutes. 5. Stir in chicken; cook 4 minutes or until chicken is hot. 6. Stir in lemon juice,seasonings, tomatoes and pasta; toss well. 7. Top with cheese. 8. Serve immediately or chill and serve as a salad. |
