Chicken and Broccoli in Alfredo Sauce with Pasta |

Chicken breast and Broccoli in a cheesy alfredo sauce served over ziti or whatever kind of pasta your heart so desires. Ingredients:
2 cups chicken stock |
2 cups light cream |
2 tbsp butter |
3 stalks broccoli |
1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts |
3 cloves of garlic |
2 tbsp cornstarch |
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 pound pasta |
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken. Then dice in to bite sized pieces. Saute the garlic in the butter, then add the broccoli. After a couple minutes add the light cream, the cornstarch the parmesan and the chicken stalk. This will make a creamy alfredo sauce. 2. While the sauce is cooking boil water for the pasta. Add pasta once the water comes to a boil 3. When the sauce is nice and thick add the chicken. Cook until warm. Serve over pasta. Makes 12 servings. |
