quick and easy to prepare Ingredients:
1 cup scallions, chopped |
2 tablespoons ginger, minced |
16 oz chicken breast, cooked (4 halves) |
1/2 cup sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms |
4 cups bok choy, chopped |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon vinegar, rice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Stir fry scallions in a wok or saute pan for 2 minutes and add ginger. Continue to stir fry for another minute and add chicken stirring constantly. 2. After about 2-3 minutes add shiitake mushrooms and bok choy. Continue to stir fry for another 3-4 minutes and add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and pepper. |
