chicken and basil stir fry |

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 tablespoon chili oil |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
1 small onion, thinly sliced |
1 red bell pepper |
1 yellow bell pepper |
6 cloves minced garlic |
20 leaves thai basil |
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces |
Directions:
1. heat nonstick pan or wok over high heat. 2. add both oils and pepper flakes. 3. after 15 sec, add chicken and stir fry for 2 min. 4. add onion, peppers, and garlic, stirring until onions are translucent. 5. add fish sauce and stir through for 10 sec. 6. remove from heat and stir in basil. |
