Chicken and Avocado Wraps with Cumin-Lime Cream |

If you're running short on time, try substituting precooked and seasoned chicken strips, such as Louis Rich's southwestern-flavored chicken breast strips. The cool Cumin-Lime Cream will complement the southwestern flavors. Ingredients:

3 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips |
3/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
4 (12-inch) flour tortillas |
1/2 avocado, peeled and chopped |
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered |
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion |

Directions:
1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Cook 2 minutes or until done. 2. Warm tortillas according to package directions. 3. Place chicken evenly on tortillas. Top with avocado, tomato, and onion. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons Cumin-Lime Cream evenly over each wrap. Roll up. Cut each wrap in half diagonally. |
