This is really easy & quick to prepare. We really liked this unique flavor! This is great served with - or over - rice! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
14 ounces ketchup
1 can tomato soup
1 pepper, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, with juice
Directions:
1. Combine everything except chicken.
2. Pour sauce over the chicken.
3. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
