This is really easy & quick to prepare. We really liked this unique flavor! This is great served with - or over - rice! ENJOY! Ingredients:
6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
14 ounces ketchup |
1 can tomato soup |
1 pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, with juice |
Directions:
1. Combine everything except chicken. 2. Pour sauce over the chicken. 3. Bake 350 for 1 hour. |
