Creamy Alfredo sauce combined with cooked chicken makes this pizza so quick and easy! Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) can pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust |
1/2 cup alfredo sauce (from 15-oz. jar) |
2 cups diced cooked chicken |
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper |
1 cup shredded italian cheese blend or mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet with shortening. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven. 2. Spread sauce over warm crust. Top with chicken, bell pepper and cheese. 3. Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. |
