Chicken Alfredo recipe: for faster time pre-cook chicken and noodles Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles (pre-cooked) |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
1 tomato, sliced and diced |
1 cup fresh spinach |
2 (8 ounce) bags mozzarella cheese |
2 (16 ounce) jars alfredo sauce |
parmesan cheese, to sprinkle |
Directions:
1. You will also need: 9 by 11 pan and foil 2. Lightly grease bottom and sides of pan. 3. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom. 4. Add one layer of noodles. 5. Spread another thin layer of sauce. 6. Add some chicken and tomato, spread evenly. 7. Add layer of noodles and spread with sauce. 8. Add spinach, mushrooms and cheese. 9. Add layer of noodles and spread with sauce. 10. Add remaining chicken, tomato, mushroom, and spinach. 11. Layer on cheese and Add remaining layer of noodles. 12. Spread on sauce and add remaining cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. 13. Cover with foil, bake for 45 minute, uncover and finish cooking for 15 minutes. |
