Chicken breast in low fat cream of chicken soup with broccoli, mushrooms, and asparagus. Ingredients:
6 ounces chicken breast |
3/4 cup 98% fat free cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup fat free milk |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 cup mushrooms |
1 cup broccoli |
3 ounces asparagus |
Directions:
1. coat pan with pam cooking spray 2. cut chicken into small cubes 3. brown chicken for 2 minutes 4. add mushooms, cook another 2 minutes 5. mix cream of chicken, milk and water in a bowl 6. add cream of chicken to pan, bring to a simmer 7. add broccoli and asparagus, cooked until broccoli is done |
