This is a quick dish to prepare when there isn't alot of time to get dinner on the table. Ingredients:
1 already prepared rotisserie chicken from the supermarket |
1 can cheddar cheese soup |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 tsp poultry seasoning |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp dehydrated onions |
1 soup can and a 1/2 of milk or to your liking |
1 frozen bag of mixed vegetables |
Directions:
1. Pick chicken off bone 2. in sauce pan add both soups 3. add seasonings and milk 4. stir together until combined 5. add chicken and cook about 5 to 10 minutes until chicken is heated thru 6. cook frozen veggies for about 3 to 5 minutes in microwave before adding 7. add vegetables to chicken mixture and cook about 5 more minutes 8. serve over hot cooked rice, garlic toast, or a baked potato |
