Doesn't get much easier than this. Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast |
1/3 cup vinegar |
2/3 cup soy sauce |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
8 peppercorns, crushed |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a 5-quart pot 2. Cover and cook on the stove on medium heat for 30 minutes |
