Ingredients:
445 g chicken breast, meat only, diced
220 g plain yoghurt
356 g tomatoes, diced
15 g minced garlic
15 g minced ginger
10 g jalapenos, sliced
1 tbsp lime juice
26 g curry paste
Directions:
1. Mix the yoghurt and spice mix together. Heat the oil, fry the tomatoes, ginger and garlic until softening. Add the yoghurt mix, jalapenos and chicken, with a little water. Simmer until chicken is cooked through, and sauce has desired consistency.
2. Serve over rice or with naan bread.
