Ingredients:
1 package(s) 10 oz frozen peas |
dash(es) cayenne pepper |
1 stalk(s) celery chopped |
1 pound(s) chicken breast cubed |
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup |
2 tablespoon(s) diced pimentos, drained |
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
1/2 cup(s) green pepper chopped |
1/4 cup(s) onion chopped |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. In crock pot combine soup, flour, pepper and cayenne, until smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper, and onion. Cover and cook low 7-8 hours. Stir in peas and pimentos. Cook 30 minutes longer. Serve over rice (we like to use herb and butter rice) |
