Ingredients:
12 piece(s) bacon or turkey bacon |
6 chicken breasts |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
4 green onions, diced |
1/2 cup(s) low fat or non-fat cream cheese, softened |
12 toothpicks |
Directions:
1. Mix softened cream cheese with diced green onions and garlic powder. Set aside. Pound chicken breasts until thin. Place 1/6 of cream cheese mixture onto each chicken breast. Wrap sides up to cover cream cheese mixture and secure closed with toothpicks. Cook on low fire on grill, turning occasionally, until cream cheese oozes out (about 30 to 45 minutes). Can broil in oven on lowest rack and turn occasionally, about 30 to 45 minutes. |
