1 lb chicken thigh |
1 cup frozen peas and carrot |
1 teaspoon mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning |
Directions:
1. spray pam for 2 seconds, cook chicken. season with mrs dash. once chicken is cooked, add peas and carrots. |
