chick peas with lightly cooked spinach Ingredients:
19 oz chick peas |
10 oz raw spinach |
1 large onion |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
10 oz chicken broth |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute onion in olive oil and chicken broth. Add chick peas and lemon juice and cook for 20 minutes on low. Add spinach and cook until just wilted. Serve over brown rice. |
