Vegan Chick Pea Dip-
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups lite silken soft tofu, drained
2 garlic cloves, peeled
15 ounces garbanzo beans, drained
4 scallions, tops only
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Place tofu in food processor and blend
2. Add Garlic and Blend.
3. Add Remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Chill in fridge and serve.
