Vegan Chick Pea Dip- Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups lite silken soft tofu, drained |
2 garlic cloves, peeled |
15 ounces garbanzo beans, drained |
4 scallions, tops only |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Place tofu in food processor and blend 2. Add Garlic and Blend. 3. Add Remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 4. Chill in fridge and serve. |
