This is a really flavorful way to have just rice which I do often. It's quick and easy. Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice |
2 cups hot water |
3 chicken bouillon cubes |
Directions:
1. Melt bouillon cubes in the hot water (I put it in the microwave). 2. Mix rice and water in a rice cooker or a 3-quart pan with a lid. Cover and simmer until the rice is soft. 3. Add a little butter and enjoy. |
