Sweet with a hint of citrus. Ingredients:
1 ounce light rum |
1 ounce port wine |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 teaspoon powdered sugar |
1 egg white |
carbonated water |
Directions:
1. Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. 2. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve. |
