Healthy low carb proten muffins Ingredients:
1 cup chia seeds |
1/2 cup protein powder |
3 tablespoons almond paste |
3 tablespoons ground nuts |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
10 teaspoons artificial sweetener |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 egg whites |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup dried cherries |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. mix dry ingredients together. 3. mix eggs. oil and water. 4. add to dry ingredients. 5. spoon into greased cupcake tin. 6. bake for 25 to 30 minutes. |
