1/2 ounce serrano chili, stemmed, seeded & chopped |
1 ounce chopped fresh cilantro |
4 fluid ounces rose's lime juice |
4 teaspoons salt |
5 lbs diced tomatoes |
20 ounces diced red onions |
1 ounce finely diced banana pepper |
12 ounces diced bell peppers |
Directions:
1. Combine salt & Rose's lime juice and mix well. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. |
