A yummy, creamy drink found in Company's Coming Greatest Hits Mexican. For a virgin variation of this drink, omit the vodka and add an extra 3 tbsp pineapple juice.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces vodka

2 tablespoons thick coconut milk or 2 tablespoons coconut cream

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
