I think this will go over well for Christmas gifts and parties. I love snack mixes because I tend to snack more than fixing a big meal. Why buy it when you can make it fresh? Ingredients:
8 cups rice chex |
1 cup salted peanuts |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray two large baking pans. 2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring well until completely coated. Spread in a single layer on the baking pans. 3. Bake for 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. 4. Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container. |
