Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1 cup(s) corn syrup, dark |
5 eggs |
1/3 cup(s) oil |
2 cup(s) pecans,chopped |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 box(es) yellow butter cake mix |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Press into bottom of pan. Bake for 20 minutes. In large bowl, beat 4 eggs with corn syrup, sugar and butter until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture on top of baked cake mix. Bake 4045 minutes or until filling has set. Cool before cutting.
