Everytime I make these,they get rave reviews. Great with chocolate icing! Ingredients:
1/2c peanut butter |
1/3c margarine ,softened |
2/3c white sugar |
1/2c packed brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2tsp vanilla |
1c flour |
1tsp. baking powder |
1/4tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9 baking pan.
2. In med. bowl,cream together peanut butter,and margarine. Gradually blend in brownsugar,white sugar,eggs and vanilla;mix until fluffy. Combine flour,baking powderand salt;stir into peanut butter mixture until well blended.
3. Bake 30-35 min in preheated oven,ot till tops spring back when touched. Cool,cut into 16 squares
