Chewy Peanut Butter Brownie Gluten-free |

Here's a recipe that makes a really chewy brownie made out of peanut butter, sugar and eggs. This recipe contains no flour and is great for your friends for family members who are on a gluten-free diet. These brownies are very delicious and you will forget that they are not made with any flour after that first bite! Read more ! These are rich in flavor and great for any gathering or holiday event. (Great for bake sales, too!) Ingredients:
2 cups of peanut butter ( either nutty or creamy) |
2 cups granulated sugar |
4 large eggs |
2 tsp. vanilla extract |
2 tb. molasses |
1 cup chopped cocktail peanuts |
optional: 1 cup of mini chocolate chips and or 1 cup of sweetened coconut |
Directions:
1. Mix the peanut butter with the sugar and beat until well-mixed. 2. Add your eggs, one at a time until each is incorporated in the batter. 3. Add the molasses and mix well. 4. Add vanilla and chopped peanuts. 5. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan covered in Release aluminum foil. 6. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. 7. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes or until brownies are firm to the touch. 8. Let cool and cut into large squares or 2 inch squares. |
