Yummy sweet low fat cookies Ingredients:
1 large banana |
120 g honey |
200 g oats |
55 g rice milk |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Blitz most of the oats in a food processo until floury 2. Mush up the banana 3. Wam the honey and the milk in a saucepan until the honey has melted 4. Add the gound up and whole oats, ginger and baking powder and mix well 5. Mix in the banana 6. Beat in the egg 7. put teaspoon sized dollops on a greeced baking tray leaving space fo them to spread out 8. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 160 degrees C |
