Quick and easy granola bars. You can also add dried fruit, or anything else that sounds good to you! Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups oats |
1 cup flour (any kind) |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2/3 cup soft butter |
1/2 cup honey |
1/3 cup packed brown sugar |
2 cups mini chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly greas a 9x13 pan and press the granola mixture into pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and cut. |
