Delicious, no cook, chewy, fruit, protein bar Ingredients:
1/3 cup coconut milk |
3/4 cup dried mixed fruit |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup puffed rice cereal |
1/3 cup hemp protein powder |
1/4 cup grated dark baking chocolate, bar |
1/2 cup hemp seeds |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup syrup |
1/2 cup oats, toasted |
Directions:
1. Mix All Ingredients. 2. Press onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet. 3. Let dry overnight & then cut into bars. 4. Refrigerate for freshness. |
