Very spicy n delicious
Ingredients:
300 gms fish sliced into big pieces
1 handful of grated coconut
1 tomato
1 tsp tamarind paste
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chillie powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4 small onions
few curry leaves
1 tbsp refined oil
2 garlic pieces
Directions:
1. marinade fish with chilli powder, salt, turmeric n coriander powder n keep it aside for about 15 mts
2. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, tomato, curry leaves n garlic
3. Heat oil in a pan
4. Add mustard seeds, small onions n curry leaves
5. Add the ground items n fish
6. Put tamarind paste n add 100 ml water
7. Cook for 20 minutes
