Very spicy n delicious Ingredients:
300 gms fish sliced into big pieces |
1 handful of grated coconut |
1 tomato |
1 tsp tamarind paste |
salt to taste |
1/4 tsp turmeric powder |
1 tsp chillie powder |
1 tsp coriander powder |
1/2 tsp mustard seeds |
1/2 tsp cumin seeds |
4 small onions |
few curry leaves |
1 tbsp refined oil |
2 garlic pieces |
Directions:
1. marinade fish with chilli powder, salt, turmeric n coriander powder n keep it aside for about 15 mts 2. Grind coconut, cumin seeds, tomato, curry leaves n garlic 3. Heat oil in a pan 4. Add mustard seeds, small onions n curry leaves 5. Add the ground items n fish 6. Put tamarind paste n add 100 ml water 7. Cook for 20 minutes |
