This pound cake is really good, it's so soft and moist. very good with a cup of coffee or tea, anytime.I had french chestnut puree so I decided to use it and it came out very good. Hope you like it. Ingredients:

225 gr. butter |
2 cups sugar |
6 eggs |
439 gr. chestnut puree |
1 tsp. baking powder |
1 tbs. vanilla |
2 cups flour |

powder sugar |
Directions:
1. 1. Cream butter in mixer 2. 2.Add sugar, mix 3. 3.Add eggs, mix 4. 4.Add vanilla, mix 5. 5.Add baking powder 6. 6.Add flour 7. Bake for 45 minutes on medium heat. 8. Let stand for 30 minutes 9. Sift some poder sugar for decoration. 10. Enjoy! |
