These are good cold or hot. Ingredients:
2 cups soft breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 lb ground beef |
1/2 lb pork sausage |
1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients; add meats and water chestnuts. Mix well. 2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet. 3. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done. |
