I had a single mom so I had to cook a lot for myself without the flame. I actually concocted the original version of this when I was about 8 years old. You can serve it with just about any non-citrus fruit as a topping or a dip.
Ingredients:
16 ounces strawberry yogurt (prestirred)
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons coconut flakes (optional)
Directions:
1. Whip Everything Together Lightly.
2. Chill.
3. Enjoy.
