Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
2/3 cup buttermilk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
pinch of salt |
20 unbaked (2 3/4-inch) tart shells |
Directions:
1. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, buttermilk, vanilla, and salt, mixing well. 2. Spoon 1/4 cup filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
