Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
20 unbaked (2 3/4-inch) tart shells
Directions:
1. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, buttermilk, vanilla, and salt, mixing well.
2. Spoon 1/4 cup filling into each tart shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
