Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie shells, unbaked |
4 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon cornmeal |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl; beat on high speed 3 to 5 minutes or until very well mixed. 3. Pour into pastry shell. 4. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm. 5. Cool before serving. |
