Ingredients:
5 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon cornmeal |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
9-inch pastry |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with a wire whisk or fork; add next 3 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla; pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°, and bake an additional 30 minutes. |
