This is my mom's recipe. It is so easy and so delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons cornmeal |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 frozen pie crust |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients until blended and pour into pie crust. 2. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown (Center should be jiggly, but not runny- pie will firm as it cools). |
