This is a favorite of my brother. I make it for him every Christmas. Ingredients:
1 stick butter |
4 eggs |
1 box yellow cake mix (i use golden butter recipe) |
1 box powdered sugar |
1-8oz cream cheese |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together butter and 1 egg.
2. Pat into bottom of greased 9X13 pan.
3. Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, 3 eggs and vanilla.
4. Put on top of cake mixture.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
