Cherylanns Spinach Dip

A dip served out of a bread bowl, serving the reserved bread with the dip. A great idea for a buffet party.
Ingredients:
3 (10 oz.) pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze drained
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
2 pkgs. dry ranch dressing mix
1 large round loaf of bread, unsliced
Directions:
1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; chill until ready to serve.
2. Right before serving, cut the top of the bread loaf. Hollow out the bread in bite size chunks. leaving a 1 thick shell. Save the removed bread to serve with the dip.
3. Place the bread bowl on a serving platter and fill with the chilled dip; overfilling past the edge. Place the bread top on, but tilted to the side. Surround the dip bowl on the platter with the reserved bread. Serve immediately.
