Recipe from my friend Cheryl. Very tasty and easy dinner. Ingredients:
1 (425 g) can salmon |
3/4 cup cheese, grated |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (420 g) can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup evaporated milk, i use skim |
1 cup rice, uncooked |
Directions:
1. Mix together and top with buttered breadcrumbs. 2. Bake 30mins at 200degC (400degF). |
