Cherrys Quicky Rice Flour Pancake |

A very local dish of my community but as usual always my own touch in to it to make up to my taste! Very quicky and healthy dish! Ingredients:
rice flour – 2tbs |
powdered sugar- 2 tsp( add more or less as per taste) |
water |
1tsp – refined oil |
honey -1 tsp |
melted chocolate (sweet )- 2tsp |
cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp |
Directions:
1. Take the rice flour in a bowl 2. Mix sugar, cinnamon powder and add water to make a thin batter 3. Add 2 drops of melted chocolate to it to give a colour( You can omit it to get a complete white pancake) 4. Heat a non stick fry pan. 5. Add 1 tsp of oil and spread it around the pan. 6. Pour the batter and spread it evenly by tilting the pan . 7. Cover it with a lid and reduce the flame. 8. When the side of the pancake gets away from the side and bubbles form at the top. Turn to the other side of the cake. 9. Its done within minute. 10. Serve this healthy breakfast with a melted chocolate sauce or yogurt. 11. I pamper myself with a creamy fruit salad with this yummy pancake! |
