I layer thisquick easy light dessert in a trifle bowl. Looks beautiful. Great dessert for the 4th of July,;add a ring of blueberries on the top. This one has always been a big hit. Ingredients:
1 angel food cake, torn in pieces |
1 box instant vanilla pudding |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 tsp. almond extract |
1 cup sour cream |
1 can comstock cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. In the trifle bowl, put half of the angel food cake 2. Make a mixture of the instant pudding, the milk, the extract and the sour cream. 3. Put half of this mixture on top of the cake pieces. 4. Next put a layer of the pie filling, use half only. 5. Repeat all of the layers. 6. Chill well. |
