Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
6 oz. vanilla yogurt, fat free
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2 cups frozen sweet cherries
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and combine for at least a minute.
2. Any 2 cups of frozen fruit can be used, or even 1 cup fresh fruit and 1 cup ice.
