Says 1 Serving but 2 to Me Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
6 oz. vanilla yogurt, fat free |
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil |
2 cups frozen sweet cherries |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and combine for at least a minute. 2. Any 2 cups of frozen fruit can be used, or even 1 cup fresh fruit and 1 cup ice. |
