A yummy mix of cherry and vanilla! From Cooking for Kids, with a minor change of adding the ice to make it thicker for my taste. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries |
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put first three ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. 2. Puree until smooth. 3. Add the ice cubes, and puree until smooth again. |
