Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can of pitted cherries, drained |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (not flavored) |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped ice |
Directions:
1. Blend cherries in blender until pureed. 2. Add yogurt, honey, vanilla and ice. 3. Continue to blend until very smooth. 4. Pour into glass and serve. 5. ENJOY! |
