One of the Nurses at work made this and I loved it. Great for Potluck dinners. Ingredients:
12 flour tortillas |
2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
1 cup margarine |
1 cup water |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Roll cherry pie filling in the tortillas and place in a 9x13 baking pan. 3. Melt the margarine in a pot and add 2 cups sugar and the water and boil. Pour the sugar mixture over the tortillas. Let this set for 2 hours. 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and desired amount of cinnamon over the tortillas. Bake for 10 minutes longer. |
