CHERRY TOMATOES IN BROWN BUTTER SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bowers Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over low heat then let cook until browned stirring constantly. 2. Add remaining ingredients then cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. |
